Reception:

Our Reception area is the window to your business and our highly qualified receptionists ensure that both you and your clients are always made to feel welcome, with a friendly, professional greeting. Our receptionists are in attendance from 8.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday. Any of your clients visiting the Centre, who wait within the Reception area, are made feel welcome and you are notified immediately.

Telephone:

  • Receive calls directly on your designated in-dial number, or have our receptionist answer calls in your Company name so calls are monitored and announced.
  • Incoming calls may also be diverted to your designated line or to any other number of your choice, e.g. your mobile or your home.
  • Outgoing telephone call charges utilise a computerised call accounting system that clearly designates your individual calls to your account.

Facsimile:

Our central facsimile is available for both sending and receiving faxes at reasonable rates.

Email:

e-mail services are available if you do not have an e-mail provider.

Other services and facilities include:

  • Incoming mail is sorted and available at Reception
  • Outgoing mail is posted at Australia Post rates
  • Photocopier using control codes for accurate individual usage billing
  • Tea & Coffee is complimentary and available from kitchen facilities on each floor
  • Onsite car park

  • Office stationary available including express & registered mail

  • Parcels & packages received and held at reception
  • Client pick-ups
